Product Overview
Incite360 is a SaaS platform built to simplify how organizations collect, manage, and analyze customer feedback. Rather than scattering surveys, reviews, and feedback across multiple tools and channels, Incite360 consolidates everything into a single, centralized dashboard. Users can quickly build and distribute surveys (NPS, CES, custom questionnaires), aggregate feedback from multiple channels (web embeds, email, social, review platforms), and visualize results in real time. The platform supports collaboration across teams, offers customizable survey templates, and enables exporting results for deeper analysis making it a powerful tool for businesses that want actionable insight from customer experiences
Problem Statement
Many organizations struggle with fragmented feedback collection and analysis workflows. Surveys, customer reviews, social-media comments, and other feedback streams often live across disparate platforms, making it difficult to get a comprehensive, unified view of customer sentiment. Teams waste time toggling between tools, manually collating data, and running ad-hoc analyses. As a result, insight gets delayed, feedback is lost or ignored, and organizations fail to act on critical customer pain points quickly. There is a clear need for a solution that centralizes feedback, simplifies survey creation, and makes insight accessible and actionable for all stakeholders — without requiring technical setup or manual data wrangling.
My Role
On this project, I stepped in as the Product Designer. My responsibility was to take the core vision of a unified feedback platform and turn it into a usable, polished product. I collaborated with stakeholders to define features, mapped out user journeys for both survey creators and analysts, and crafted information architecture that would support scalability. I designed wireframes, built high-fidelity UI mockups, and developed a consistent design system for the platform. I also worked closely with designers, developers and backend engineers to ensure design feasibility, accessibility, and data security were baked into the final product.
Design Process
The design approach was flexible, user-centered, and iterative. We began by mapping the main user needs: ease of survey creation, readability of analytics, multi-channel integrations, and secure collaboration. Early flows were sketched and validated through team workshops.
Product Solution
Incite360 offers a streamlined, intuitive solution to the problems above. The platform enables users to create surveys (NPS, CES, custom) in minutes using pre-built, customizable templates reducing the overhead of starting feedback collection from scratch. Thanks to built-in integrations across various channels and review platforms (such as Google, Facebook, and more), feedback from different sources flows into one unified dashboard.
Teams can collaborate in real time, sharing access to reports, insights, and analytics without relying on slow manual processes or multiple meetings. Incite360 delivers real-time analytics, visualizations like word clouds and sentiment dashboards, and export options (PDF, CSV, Excel) so stakeholders can easily interpret data or include it in reports. The platform’s multi-user roles and data security features (GDPR compliance, encryption, secure storage) ensure that feedback management remains both flexible and safe.
Additionally, Incite360 supports a subscription-based pricing model that scales with business needs from small teams running occasional surveys to larger organizations needing unlimited responses and user seats making it accessible to a wide range of businesses.
Challenges
Because Incite360 aims to gather feedback from multiple sources and support many user roles, designing it required careful attention to complexity. One challenge was ensuring that survey creation remains simple and fast — even when supporting multiple question types (NPS, ordinal scales, open responses, etc.) and customizable templates. Another challenge was data handling: responses might come in high volumes, across channels, or include unstructured text. The UI had to represent aggregated data clearly (charts, sentiment word clouds, exportable reports) while staying performant.
The Impact
Even before public launch, the design of Incite360 established a strong foundation for delivering value to customers. By centralizing feedback collection, analytics, and collaboration, the platform:
Reduce the time and effort required to build and distribute surveys — from potentially hours (or days) across multiple tools, to a few minutes from launch to send.
Give teams a unified, real-time view of customer feedback and sentiment, helping them uncover actionable insights faster and avoid data silos.
Help organizations make data-driven decisions with comprehensive analytics and easy exportable reports.
Improve collaboration across departments by enabling shared access to dashboards and feedback reports, reducing the need for meetings or manual consolidation.
